I originally rated this product a 3 out of 5 because I used the tubing as is and it basically cut off circulation to my finger and was too hard to pull my ring off my finger when using it. However, I promptly received an email from the seller who was very gracious and suggested some ideas on how to solve the problem (i.e. cut the sizer in half). He also stated that there is another newer product they sell that is half the thickness of this product (it didn't show up in my searches, otherwise I would've bought that one instead). He also reported that he'd send out the newer product for me to try as well, and if I am still unhappy with my purchase, a refund could be requested. I took the suggestion to cut the tubing in half and put it on the bottom of my engagement ring, and the product works much much better. It helped the ring from sliding around as it was doing a lot before adding the ring guard. This is a great, cheap alternative to getting your ring re-sized especially if it's just a minimal size issue. If my fingers swell up when the weather gets warmer, it's easy to just take off the ring guard, but due to the colder weather now, this product is extremely helpful. I did not expect the seller to contact me, but after receiving his email, I changed my rating to a 5. Great seller and seems to care about his product and customer service. Helpful tip (from the seller himself) is to cut the tubing to adjust the ring size.
